BAD BRAINS TO RECORD NEW MATERIAL WITH GUEST VOCALIST JESSE ROYAL
FANS CAN ATTEND & PARTICIPATE IN THE RECORDING BEING HELD ON MAY 30TH IN UPSTATE NY
Woodstock Sessions has announced that Darryl Jenifer, Dr. Know and Earl Hudson of seminal punk/reggae legends BAD BRAINS will participate in an in-studio recording experience on Saturday, May 30, 2015 on the farm at Applehead Recording in Woodstock, New York. These legendary musical talents will be recording portions of the session for an upcoming release. Come join the Bad Brains as they host a day long hardcore song building clinic and recording/performance session where they will construct, record and overdub 2 new hardcore Bad Brains songs followed by a jam with Jamaican vocalist Jesse Royal and a set of Bad Brains dub classics. Attendees get a limited edition event poster, a t-shirt commemorating the day 180G virgin vinyl of the album when it is released, specific thanks on the record and a gourmet Caribbean feast with the band. Tickets run about $300 a head and more info can be found by clicking on the above poster.

Wisdom In Chains has released an “insiders tour” to their new album titled “The God Rhythm” which comes out June 30th on Fast Break! Records. This 10 minute clip gives a lot of insight to the new tracks via interviews with the entire band. Overall a very thorough job which should get any fan of WIC amped up for their new disc.

Modern Pain have put out a teaser track titled “Peace Delusions” which will be part of a 2 song 7” available on Bridge 9 Records on May 19th. Modern Pain has a full length on B9 due out later this summer and will include “Peace Delusions” in a re-recorded form. Side B of this new 2 track 7” is a cover of Sonic Youth’s “Kill Yr. Idols”.

Special sets include the return of Chokehold, American Nightmare's first show back in Philly, the Misfits playing “Earth AD” in its entirety, the last Bane TIHC appearance, the Exploited's first show in the US in over a decade and H20's 20th Anniversary Set...
This is our finest lineup yet spreading a wide berth of what hardcore punk was and is from 1980 to 2015.
This is our 10th festival and we are going to release more info on after parties at Underground Arts, Voltage Lounge and Kung-Fu Necktie later this year.

WAR ON WOMEN RELEASE NEW VIDEO FOR "GLASS CITY"
FINLAND'S M.O.R.A. SET TO RELEASE NEW 6 SONG EP & HAVE TWO NEW MEMBERS
Finland’s M.O.R.A. is set to release a new EP titled “Halveksunnan Aika” which translates to “Times Of Contempt”in English. The release will be a 5 song 7” and the CD version will feature one additional song. M.O.R.A. was/is unique in that they had 3 female members with two of them being vocalists. Since their last release though Piia (vocals) and Ktaja (bass) have both left the band due to becoming mothers (congrats ladies!) and have been repelaced with two new "kick ass women".
